WDW Travel Agent For SXI

Post by subsonic » Oct Mon 24, 2011 6:53 pm

Because I'm lazy, I don't want to search through the site, but, since I run the site, I'm an exception... "It's good to be the king".

Anyways, my dates are set. I'll be visiting WDW Dec 9th - 13th and Universal 14th-15th.

On WDW's site, it's about $1300 for two people for 5 days/4 Nights at French Quarter with 5 day Park Hopper.
I don't want to stay at anything less than moderate and not Riverside.

Universal seems to be off the charts for prices.

Anybody got any better deals?

Thanks!

I'm thinking you already got a great deal if you aren't willing to stay at less than a moderate....did you get the free dining plan with it too? If so, then you should be set!

I'm not trying to plug another site here, but have you tried MEI MouseFan Travel? We were going to use them for January but ended up with something else...plus I know at least 1 other Subsonic member has used them in the past. I'm not sure the pricing is too much different, but I think they add in a few extras that Disney doesn't.

Have you gotten your airfare? I know Southwest has had some killer cross country deals lately...

Awesome, we're talking to mousefan travel :) Great tips so far.
You would think running a Disney site would have more perks than having to pay full price for things. :) And, I STILL haven't been into Club 33!

Yeah, you should definitely figure out a way into Club 33! I'd love to see inside, not necessarily eat there, but just gawk at the club...

hmmm have you looked into AAA? If you are a member you can book through AAA, which is a discounted rate and does offer up some great perks. We received $25 gift cards for every member of our travel party, premium fireworks viewing, and the Diamond Rewards card which can save you 10% off at WoD and has many other great dining discounts.

How are you working the stay with Universal? You might be able to get away with staying on I-Drive somewhere to shed off some money.

Is that with the 30% off special they were running recently? If so, it's probably the best you're going to get.
