Must. Have. Chairs. From. Animator's. Palette.

It would be awesome if another meet-up could happen! We had so much fun, but it was too short!
Yeah, those chairs were pretty cool, I have to admit. Wouldn't match our decor at home, sadly... :?

I think it was amazing that we managed to have two great meet-ups with so many in attendance, two years in a row! Good times! :D
But with the way things are right now for us and everyone else, though, it seems like another big meet-up is going to be just a dream for a while (sniffle....)
Who says the chairs have to match the rest of the decor? I would make them fit in!
You hit the nail on the head, Amy!!! That's exactly how we would be!

Not at all M-dude. I understand why people would want a cohesive decor, I'm just not all that fussy ;) Especially when it comes to Disney things!

My mother always wants everything to match. Me, I'm like, who cares, if I like it, I'll make it work!

Likewise M-dude! I have no problem whatsoever with cohesive decor, and I envy those who can be so put together to maintain it.
My problem is, I like too many ideas/decor options/things in general to ever have matchy-matchy things. If I like it, it finds a home...no matter what. Plus then everything then has a story and/or special meaning to me, and that makes me comfortable.

That's how the hubby is. His favorite website is ThinkGeek.com and he's always threatening things like the Psycho bath mat, Star Wars stuff for the bathroom, etc. I'm a little more of an HGTV girl myself, with the exception of the "extreme" homes. If and when we build our own house that's truly ours, I'm going to see about putting in white cabinets, a black granite countertop, black and white blacksplash, and a dark floor. Then we can go bananas with the red and Mickey stuff in the kitchen, it will fit, and the kitchen will still be "re-sale-able". :) But that's like 5 years out, minimum.

FYI...DW and I decided to add 6-10 of the jalapeno seeds to the drink before tossing the rest...in an attempt to add a little heat...

Needless to say it was a huge WIN and we will be doing that from now on.

We did add more cucumber to it as well though...so it balances out the heat. It did give it a nice kick in the pants though!

My favorite scene also--and YES I am seeing this.
And YES I am totally totally enjoying this TR. Wow---when I grow up I want to be like you two.
I am sooooo humbled that I got to have jalapeno margaritas with you two in La Cava. You are such good peeps!

There are a few of you that I still have to meet----at WDW of course!

Much love to Mouseholic please! I look forward to our next JM someday--and perhaps RSDW and PotC :) :D :D

Hmmm... that sounds like something I have to try.

Although M-dude essentially improvised when we went to La Cantina for nachos and ordered a lime margarita and dumped the rest of the jalepeno one into it to make himself a second jalepeno one.

hiya everyone. I know I've disappears for a few weeks again, but it's been crazy here. My wife had emergency surgery on her gall bladder and between the hospital and bed rest that took up 3 weeks of me doing everything around the house while taking care of the baby. Then a week after my grandfather was rushed to the hospital, and I have been there every day since. It doesn't end!!! lol And as soon as I have time to breath...my parent's need me to run their store for a few days while looking at a school with my brother. At least that gives me a chance to get back to Subsonic!!! I also have been feeling the Disney blues, since it's been well over a year since my last visit. Hope you are all doing well. I didn't bother to back track to other posts, since I have no idea where I was last.
"hold on to them hats and glasses, cause this here's the wildest ride in the wilderness!!"
