Maybe Mouseoholic is M-dude's good luck charm? Without her, he's been suffering a spade of bad luck...

Thanks for the concern, everyone. The good news is that I had a great run this morning! A little bit of pain in the lower back, but nothing serious. And after stretching and showering, everything feels great!
Woo hoo! :goofy_bounce:

Still, take it easy, M-dude. Maybe you've been overdoing it lately? I don't want you to miss Jan 2012 at WDW because you're laid up in traction back in Houston...

Don't overwork yourself! Pace yourself, take breaks when necessary and relax.

Okay, Doctors Mindflipper and elizabethswann....
Believe me, though... I've learned my lesson about pushing myself too hard. Although the temptation is there because I'm so impatient, I've still learned to "listen to my body", as my trainer Boilerbabe likes to say... :D

Well, as Mouseoholic isn't there to keep an eye on you, it's up to the rest of us to make sure you're still in one piece when she get back...

...and I do appreciate it, y'all. :D

Well, it turns out that I'm not sore at all today! So it's looking good to run again tomorrow morning! :goofy_bounce:
