With all the talk of Len90 & Mark86's upcoming adventures and planning on another topic made me realize that it is not too early to set one up for us. It's only 11 days away now!
We are planning on making the 14 hour drive early on a Wednesday morning and relaxing at Port Orleans when we arrive. Right now it's Hollywood Studios on Thursday, MK on Friday and EPCOT/AK on Saturday. We have ADR's at T-Rex (I know not technically a Disney restaurant but the kids will love it), Crystal Palace one night and Princess Breakfast Dining one morning.
With 3 kids we are already planning on waiting in TONS of lines and seeing every character possible. (YAY!!)
We are meeting my Mother/Father/Sister and MANY cousins while we are there. Should be a fun event and sadly, over very quickly. I will post as much as I can when we get back.
Since there will be a lot of family there, there is talk of getting matching family shirts for one day of the trip. Not a big fan of that, what do you guys think of those?

Sounds like fun NaCler! I know you mentioned the youngest is not a good car-rider. How old are your other children? Is the little one in the picture where Mickey stole his ears the middle child?
One day of matching shirts is probably ok. I've never been a fan of the matching ensembles but I suppose it is nice when you have a big group of people, plus it will make for a good picture...which you will, of course, want to share in your trip report when you return!

I have a 7, a 4 and a 2. The picture before was of the 4 year old when he was 2. It's been 2 years since my last trip unfortunately.
That's why I set this thread up, I figured you guys would be let down if I didn't share my trip with my DISNEY family. Plus, I have to have a place to post my Dole Whip picture.

I agree with Amy. One day out of the trip where everyone has matching shirts will make for a really nice picture.
I am so excited for you NaCler! You will have soooo much fun!
The Dole Whip is calling you...

Fantastic! Can't wait for a report. Have fun! (that's kind of rhetorical).
As far as the matching shirts.... one day is fine. My family used to have a contest. Find the biggest group of people with matching shirts!

That's quite a family reunion! The closest I've had to family reunion down there is when I went with two of my cousins (my youngest cousin had just graduated from High School and the trip was his graduation present).

That will never beat any of the BTGs (Brazilian Tour Groups)!!! They always wear the same shirt and usually number 50 or more...

Haha... Yeah, I'm not carrying a little tour flag around all day.
