Thanks cs, I often look at other people's trip reports to take a virtual vacation!
No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.

Wow ~ great trip report! Trolling through some old reports to stave off boredom (and ignoring the fact that I have work to do here at home - ) before teaching this afternoon and evening.
Nice seeing a bit of Universal since we haven't been there in ages. And it was fun to read about "new" things ~ like the refurb of SE ~ since we have already experienced it now, and it's no longer so new.
It was sad to see the Horizon's vehicle though. If it is the same one they still have for sale, I was right, they dinged the heck out of the top. I was sure when I first saw that attraction vehicle for sale that it was intact, and now there is a huge gouge out of the roof :(

Yes, Amy, it is still the same one and you are right it is really beaten up.

That is so sad! I would think they would try to take a little better care of it since they are asking just shy of $10K

About a year after Horizons closed, a used ride agency was selling the entire ride system (including the cars) for about $300k.

Do you know if they sold it to anyone?
