Hi - got a quick question, in the hopes that someone here knows the answer...
My family and I were planning on flying in on a 6/26, but we've snoozed too long on the flight arrangements and can't get the flight we want.

So, now what we're thinking of flying in late on 6/25 (saturday) and crashing at a hotel near the airport. Is it possible to take the hotel shuttle to the hotel on Sat night, then take it back to the airport on Sunday, and grab the Magical Express THEN to our hotel?
If it's possible, how do we do that?

I do not think so.
We have the reverse issue. We're flying out EARLY on 7/30 and did not want to have to get up at 3:30 am to get to the airport. We're staying at a airport hotel the night of the 29th.
They would not let us use Magical Express to the airport for that reason. Had to be checking in for an immediate flight.
The best thing I can recommend is calling Magical Express directly and asking.

In general they don't let you Game the system. You are expect to be on a bus within a few hours of your flight landing and you're expect to be on a bus 3+ hours before you leaving flight.
I've used DME for the past 2 years, and it's never been up to Disney standards as far as I'm concerned.

I'm not sure how "legal" this is, but I have heard that you can give DME airline arrival times (that you're not on) to get around the system... I'm not sure if I'm willing to do that.
Hubby and I used the DME last year and it was a breeze! It beats having to rent a car in my opinion.

last year we used a town car service and it was really nice. we were able to have them pick us up at the Contempory Resort rather than Key West where we were staying, it was nice to have the options of when we wanted to leave.

Don't they tag and check your luggage for you? If they did you would need to handle it yourself to avoid this. I'm also not sure wether or not they check with the airlines to see if you're actually booked.

as weird as it sounds i kinda liked the mears vans better a/c was better. plus if you were lucky it would be you and 2 other people on the van going to the same resort it would take half the time the busses are to busy. i would agree that they would want you to get on the bus asap but im sure they would understand the situation i have yet been on a bus that was 100% full so im sure room would not be an issue if 10 families are delayd on a flight for 2 hours or more (that never happens hahahaha) those seats are availible on the bus i think it they just want to know your flight times so they can estimate the availibility of busses to be there when they expect the most people.

You won't be able to cheat the system by giving them false airline information.
