19 days from today for my Honey Bunny and I. Disney Coast to Coast Phase II! WDW was in the spring now it's off the the West Coast for our anniversary at Disneyland! Never been to DL in the fall. Should be neat to see how they do halloween!

We're also looking forward to the new Soarin' and plan to do a Walking in Walt's Footsteps tour. We're also heading to Long Beach for the Queen Mary and the Aquarium one day and another day to the Cali Science Center to see the Endevour. Should be fun!

We are just going to miss one another

Have you done the Walk in Walt's Footstep's tour yet? We did that on our first trip out there, and on our second day at the park (ditched the sister-in-law and at that time, fairly young niece and nephew as they weren't interested). We loved it ~ even my bah-humbug-bah-Disney brother did

Mom is super excited for the new Soarin' as well. The old version was one of her favorite attractions.

We haven't done the tour before. In fact, we've never don a tour at DL. We don't get there to often! We had considered the Happy Haunts tour too but we've read it was changed and it now doesn't appeal to us so much. We do plan to do the Soarin' behind the scenes tour though.

I think you'll really enjoy it ~ I didn't know about the Soarin' Behind the Scenes tour ~ off to check that out!

Yes.

Well so far Cathay Pacific aren't providing the best of first impressions. Their online check-in website won't let me check-in and calling the helpline resulted in being told that as far as they could see the booking was fine and it must be a problem with the website but they can't help with that because it's a different system. The end result is that I apparently just have to check in at the airport tomorrow.

Tsk.

Meanwhile, the Hong Kong hotel emailed me a link to online check-in which was just a couple of simple clicks...

Anyway... packing...

I eventually managed to check in for the flight from London to Hong Kong, but apparently I have to check in at the airport for the Manchester -> London flight. Somewhat confusing!

Planning on it - somehow that silly everyday life creeps up quickly upon our return.
DL/DCA tomorrow again! Yay

Universal was today, and it was nice, but very little that Figment could experience. She would have liked the animal actors show but we didn't time everything correctly to get to see that one. So she got to go on the studio tour and experience Shrek 4D but that was all.

I'm sorry to hear that Figment was so limited in what she could do.

Of course, I wouldn't really know much about what's available at Universal. I have no interest at all in going there, for some reason.
