New Vacation Planning Video

For those who (like me) love the free Vacation Planning Video Kits that Disney puts out (almost) every year, the new "Year of a Million Dreams" video is now available.

Apparently, fitting with the new "Disney Parks" marketing gig, there is just one video that covers both WDW and DLR.

Yeah I've been seeing commercials for this Disney year and it looks really cool... looks like they might be going back to the old school themes... more family oriented than usual like the old 90's Disney commericals Oh man do I miss those...

Yeah but looks like its going to be another good year for Disney

maybe I can convince my girlfriend we should go again this Thanksgiving... hmmm *thinking and goes back to listening to radio while working on a paper*

I put an order in for this like 2 weeks ago. haven;t gotten it yet, but when I do, I'm going to record it (like I did with the other VPV) for addition here.

Hey anybody get that same happy feeling from the promotional channel that WDW and DL put in a lot of the hotels? I always feel something special from that I don't know... It makes me want to run out and go to Disney immediately

I ordered mine accouple weeks ago also. Still haven't gotten it. Can't wait, going nuts, I need my fix. YES, I get off to these FREE videos. Every year I get 2 of the Vacation Club & 2 of The Walt Disney World Resorts. I keep one, and lend the other out. That way if I don't get it back, I don't go knocking on doors.

I ordered mine a while ago also. Has anybody got theirs yet? I ordered in the same day I order the free custom maps. They came this week, but not the video.

I'm supposed to be doing my homework right now, but a real quick question to those in the know. I watched part of the vacation planner video last night and noticed something new about Epcot. Many of the shots of Spaceship Earth showed it had returned to its original state with no Mickey hand. Are they removing this or were they just showing old footage because it was there?

The rest of the video looks good, but I wish they could have had live footage of the newest attractions!

I'm not in the know, but I noticed that too. I think they are using old footage, essentially admitting it looks better that way. I think if there were even rumors of them removing the hand, it would be all over the internet.
