it's actually behind the castle (in fantasyland). acp took pictures and posted them the other day. see here: viewtopic.php?t=1905&start=102. it's probably there for finshing something in the royal suite for the YoaMD thing.

They were renovating parts of Fantasyland while I was there over the weekend.

The crane is part of the castle rehab - all the bling and the big mirror have been taken down and they're currently repainting the spires.
