We're just going to Paris at Easter. We have been around 20 times, yet we are still counting down the days. We've made a list of all the places we want to eat, where we are eating on the first and last days (not the other days as we like to be a little spontaineous and see what we feel like on the day), and what park we are going to each day.
I know I shouldn't be this excited, but I cant wait.
40 days to go

I've been trying to get myself to do a park list and meal list for a trip in May and can't get myself to do it. Can you share your ideas?

November seems a long way off from now! But there is no better way to keep that excited feeling of the upcoming trip than by listening to Subsonic Radio!!

We are going in June, 108 days away. We made a mistake one year and went the first week of June. It was hard trying to explain why men were going in the ladies restroom to my little girl.

uuuuuuhhhhh.... ok I'll bite. Why were men going in the ladies restroom? Is the first week of June switch restrooms and confuse little girls week at WDW?

g** Days at Disney. A non Disney affair. Always either the last week of May or the first week of June. It started as just a fun non-threatening place for the g** to go. Now it is the place to go for drugs and sex. No real nastiness in public, other than hard kiss'n and grabing. No harm to anyone else. That is if you can turn your kid's heads.

From now to November will fly! Usually when we hit the 6 month mark, we are pretty well planned out, too. I always say that's half the fun, and also makes the time go a little faster--agreed, just like staying tuned into Subsonic to get you jazzed up for the trip!
Chrissy, have you started planning??? Hopefully by now you've worked out somewhat of an itinerary! It's almost a science, really. We usually start by checking what the park hours and extra magic hours will be. Then we chose what days we'll be in what parks from there. Then it's onto the dining where's and when's to go coincide with what parks we'll be in. From there we plan our non-park meals and menus/shopping list--it's nearly a full time job!
Don't forget to make your advanced dining reservations...Good luck and have fun!

Yes, your excited. Seems like a completely normal reaction to me! I'm taking a solo trip this May (I just extended the trip by one day) and a large family trip in November. My sister-in-law and I are already planning our agenda for November. Does anyone know when the passholder rates come out for November? As soon as we have the school calendar available for next year, and the passholder rates are published we will be booking! We are telling the kids on Easter that they are all going down to Disney again in November. It's the cousin's trip! Let's face it, planning is half the fun!

I've already got my next trip planned out, and I have no idea when I'm going to get down there again. I had originally planned a trip for this coming Christmas season (like the first week in December, when school is still in session but the parks are all gussied up).

In 2003 we went between Christmas and New Year's. Beautiful, but the crowds were terrible. Early December sounds like the right time to go.

We went the first week of December this past year. We enjoyed all the Christmas decos all over, but were quite surprised at the size of the crowds. According to the Unofficial Guide, early Dec. is one of the least crowded times to go. Maybe now that everyone knows that, they're all flocking down there! We've been there immediately after the new year, and still say that's the best time to go--at least for the crowds. You also have the benefit of all the Christmas goodies until around the second week of Jan. We were there twice from Jan 2-9 and the parks were virtually empty, even with the WDW marathon going on. Have fun planning!

I have to agree with the middle of January. It seemed so much less crowded then than it was is the beginning of April or the beginning of October. I mean, I remember having to wait for over an hour for Splash Mountain, but in Jan. it took less than 10 minutes.
