Hey, Gang: first post in a long time with (I think) some exciting news from my family. Not only are we visiting Walt Disney World next month, we're becoming permanent Central Florida residents! About a year ago, after an unexpected loss in our family, we decided to move closer to other family in the Southeast. We put things on hold during the fall/winter so I could get my office through a minor crisis, then got things back on track during the Spring. We spent time looking at houses during our April trip for the runDisney Star Wars events, and had an offer accepted not long after. I flew down to settle on the place in June, our house in Pennsylvania has sold, and we'll be fully settled before the end of August! I've been networking like crazy (I'm a government attorney with a lot of political experience), and have a couple of leads on fulfilling jobs around Orange County. Bottom line is that we can't wait!

I hope everyone on here is having a wonderful summer, and that I can someday buy you a drink or a coffee around WDW!

Thank you for the kind words! My wife and kids have already settled into our new place. They're in the sun at Hollywood Studios today, while I'm suffering through CLE classes on a rainy day in southeastern Pennsylvania. Needless to say, I can't wait to begin my I-95 journey south to join them this Friday!
