We just got back from WDW and at at O'Hana for the first time. I wasn't that impressed. I guess I expected a lot more, but for us, it was uneventful. I did love the peanut dipping sauce and the wontons, though!

Why did they get rid of the Shrimp??? They had it in June and My oldest daughter ate so much shrimp that she had to go to the hotel room and lay down for about 4 hours because of the belly ache she had....

They got rid of it basically because of preperation issues. In order to protect against food poisoning, they had to handle it a special, labor intensive way so they axed it.

My guess it was a $ issue more than anything. The service can be spotty as well. The food is as tasty as you will find in the entire resort however. A wonderful view of the Magic Kingdom firworks if you are there at the right time. They even pipe in the music.

Oh man, I loved the shrimp.
the coconut bread was another favorite of ours. The new pineapple coconut bread is good, but I was expecting the other stuff and was disappointed, until I realized I liked it.

I agree with you. I mainly ate the prawn skewers when I was there and have pictures of plates full of shrimp shells to prove it. I think I would also like the sausage, but will miss the shrimp.
