Now that you mention it, the prices do seem to be a bit more reasonable in DL than they are in WDW. Not a lot cheaper, but more affordable and I think the food is better.
I think DLR needs to keep prices reasonable because of the very real threat of competition. It's very easy to leave property for food and return to the parks.

Good point ~ much harder to do that in WDW
