the prices I gave are for the MYW package with dining for 2 people per room I'm sure if you dropped it to a single, it'd be a bit cheaper than what I quoted. If your AP is good for that time, then the MYW package probably would not be for you. But, if your AP expires before we go, then I say get the MYW package.

Also, you don't need to go the exact same times that everyone else is going, if you don't want. like with this past year, Dr. Ravenscroft and I stayed together (we drove down together) so we pretty much hung out the entire time, and got along great. Even though knedeau was down there the exact same times we were (they were there a couple of days more, but about the same), we didn;t meet her until the last day of our trip and that was just for a few hours (breakfast and a couple of attractions at MK). We could all just meet up for a day or something on one day we're all there. At this point, nothing is set in stone as to what we're doing when.

I will most likely be staying at Coranado Springs with my brother. I haven't had a chance to do much the past week or so I have been extremely sick, so I have to go to AAA tomorrow during lunch. The only thing that will get me is that My brother and I will not be going in Oct. this year. I really want to but money will be getting tight around that time.

Great, sounds like all will work out. I am not going to start planning this trip until I return from my May trip and May is paid off. I will mostlikely book something late summer. Just keep us posted here so I definitely know which week to book! I am so looking forward to seeing Disney in December! :mickey:

PS - I am a great fan of POR or FQ because I have stayed at both a few times and feel very comfortable being by myself in those two resorts! In fact, In May I am staying with a friend at POR.

well I know I am definately going from December 1 - December 9 (Saturday to the following Sunday). 2 days longer than last year, to get in a few things we weren;t able to do last year. You should definately plan to come down sometime during that period. I would think we should at least plan for breakfast on the 7th, as that's the 1 year anniversary of the first meet.

As I always say Disney needs to build a park in Kansas that way they have the entire USA covered and nobody will be to far away from a park ... that and i could finally become an annual pass holder. I sure hope you guys have fun in Dec. If i can save the money and convince my wife we will be there if we can but if not well catch you on the next one. XFingers CrossedX

Not sure if i mentioned this yet, but we're planning a trip this Dec, coming all the way from Cali... we want to be there over the 12th, which is my birthday, so i think we would arrive the 8th and leave the following weekend some time...

JS3901 - I just took a look at the calendar and I would most likely depart for WDW on Saturday the 1st or Sunday the 2nd. Breakfast on the 7th for the 1st year anniversary sounds great! I would plan to return back to NY on Saturday evening the 8th. Do we know how many people are planning on attending yet or is it too early to tell? I just love planning a trip to WDW! :mickey:

at this point, it's still a bit too early to tell for sure.

I KNOW there will be me, and a friend of mine (who doesn't visit the site. and is, at this time, MOSTLY sure she will go). Brandon (Dr. Ravenscroft) has said he will be going too, with his brother, but I haven't confirmed with him in a while...

:P

Just went over some things with my brother last night on where we are going and when we are going to them. still haven't gotten it all etched in stone yet but it will be by the end of the weekend.

We are thinking of July in DL to visit and to see POTC at the El Capt
Then back to DL in what ever month the west coast meet is.
Then down to WDW for the Dec meet.

I hope it will go this well, and I will be missing the MNSSHP this year :x I'm very unhappy about that but I can't afford it this year. I will get back to you later after we set it in stone.

at least you'll have MVMCP to look forward to. I haven't forgotten that you paid for me last year, so I'll pay for you this year (if you want to go to it, that is).

darn straight I want to go, I will be avoiding the parade this year as I didn't like it much last time. I will probably take that time to go and take pics or ride the rides. I tend to do that if the the parades are going on just to avoid the big crowds. Like in DL I avoid Fantasmic a lot so I can go on POTC or HM many times over.

I WANT TO GO! I WANT TO GO! I WANT TO GO! I WANT TO GO!

Do you know how cool it would be to go SANS hubby, and SANs Family?!?!? Hmmmm, Hubby and I are going to Oktoberfest in Munich this year, BUT, If I'm not totally poor afterwards... AND I'm not "expecting" I think I may go! My Hubby will think I'm nuts... Who knows ... Maybe I'll go for just a few days!

My DW wants to go during food and wine. I'm trying hard to talk her into going during the first month of Dec. The only real problem with is our DSs are in school and there would be trouble from the teens if we went without them! Why aren't they in college already?? OY!

I was talking to my sister-in-law this past Sunday and it seems that my nephew keeps asking when we are going down again. (Yes, I have trained that boy well! )I told her I was definitely going the week of December 3rd. So she is going to try and work it out that they come down on Wednesday evening so my nephew would only miss 2 days of school. If this all works out, I would return home Sunday night December 9th. Still planning on arriving Sunday morning the 2nd. Unfortunately, I will not know this until he starts middle school in the fall. I hope they come for a few days! :mickey:
