Ouch! That seems like a long time! Which one - WDW or Disneyland?

1 month 1 week and 1 day!!!!

5 months does seem like a long time...but sometimes the wait is half the fun, you can get so excited and plan and then keep planning!!! And then the BIG day arrives! :D

And as you're leaving, I'll be arriving. Given two members of my group are half my age, I'm already preparing by walking every day so I'll be able to keep up with them...

Boilerbabe, we will be there the same time as you. It would be cool if my wife and I could meet you and your hubby over a Dole whip while we're there. But if not, that's okay.
I'm looking forward to just walking through the parks and trying to recognize someone who might be a member of Subsonic by finding people who look like some of the pictures here. Wouldn't it be wild if I actually found someone that way? :D

Sounds great Mouskedude! You sound like DH and I. We do the same thing! We have several different plans and we keep going over them and trying to find ways to maximize our Disney time!!! Let me know what your schedule looks like and we'll figure something out!!! :D

One more day till Disneyland! I'm so excited. This will be my first time in a couple of years.

Done WDW inside and out, and I hope I have as much fun at Disneyland as I used to when I still lived on the West Coast. And I hope I don't walk around comparing the two places...But I can practically smell those Monte Cristo sandwiches. :)

I've done WDW inside and out, but the two times I've been Disneyland I've enjoyed them both times. Last time was during the holiday season, and in walking around I did compare them - I thought Disneyland was far more better decorated for the holiday season than WDW Magic Kingdom. WDW Magic Kingdom was basically decorated for Main Street and the castle, but Disneyland was decorated almost in every land in comparison. I wish that WDW Magic Kingdom matched Disneyland in the same effort to decorate for the holidays.

From what I understand WDW as a whole has the best decorations. You gotta love the Osborn lights and the resorts are beyond compare!

WDW in 7 months, 2 days. Seems like forever, but we had to work around college, high school , and elementary school calendars.
