yodiwan1 wrote:Ok everyone, so update on my status for the meet. Since Soarin' was able to get me two tickets, and my wife was unable to get off of work, I decided to be generous. I really hate driving that long by myself and was thinking of someone to take my wife's place. One of my friend's is always telling us how jealous she was about our Disney trips since she hadn't been in about 20 years since she was a kid. I asked her if she would like to come along for the journey and she was so happy she cried. I told her all about our group and she really can't wait! This is going to be an amazing day!
I hope you're not staying in the same room at least!
Congrats on having such a good relationship that your wife trusts you like this. Well done.
We're looking forward to meeting you in person... and if your friend is really brave enough to face us, then we welcome her too....

I think you're wife deserves a gift for being so understanding and amazing....what about a Duffy Bear?

LOL..nooooooooooo
Mf: you are really trying to get someone into those bears! Poor Duffy sure is an object of ridicule... (with good reason!)

Ok, I've been reading this at the gate in Atlanta and laughing like a crazy woman!

That is great you are able to bring a friend yodiwan - and as a bonus she gets to see her brother. Win all the way around

They say good things ripen with age like fine wine or cheese...
...but in reality most things just get stale or moldy. Hopefully Jan 2012 will occur before that can happen...

Okay, I'm starting to put together some plans and things, and I need some contact info. Mindflipper, Amy, and the rest of our fellow M.M's who were there last year... I already have your cell phone numbers and such. But Soarin', wwdrh, yodiwan, and anyone else who is joining us for the first time: I need you to p.m. me your cell phone numbers and mailing addresses, please (with real names too, of course). Mayhem is brewing!

Real names

What are those? I used a few real names with NaCler and he didn't recognize them until I used their "real" Subsonic name

'Course that might have been more due to the margarita count and the wee hours of the morning
