Anyway, it looks like I've missed a lot around here lately. I can't possibly comment on everything I'd like to right now, so let me just mention that I've been very sick for the past week. Apparently it's the "Screaming Wombat Death Flu" or some other such infection that Mouseoholic brought back with her from Australia/Singapore (she thinks it's more likely from the extremely unsanitary restrooms at the Moscow airport...), and it has affected me far more seriously than it did her (she has an iron constitution, unlike me...). So I won't describe all the gross symptoms, except to say that they include some pretty scary stuff that landed me in the E.R. Monday. I'm home resting now, hoping to be back in good form soon. Meanwhile, rest assured that some awesome Mayhem is being planned, and we're soooooo excited about January! Can't wait to share it all with y'all!

That is sort of what I was thinking. I know the main reason b-babe wants to come is the marathon, but I would be willing to bet the dive is a close second ~ especially since the were unable to dive on their last trip...mindflipper wrote:If DiveQuest re-opens, then maybe the boilers may consider that a good reason to go if b-babe is not able to run...
Running is part of my life and what I'm passionate about. I've been dealing with this issue since '06, so I've been through too much. I know some of you probably think I'm crazy or even selfish, but I'm working really hard to get better.
