I really, really hope you can make it January, but I understand if you can't...but I think lots o' folks will think I'm awfully crazy talkin' to a pic-on-a-stick... (even though y'all had to do that with us last time...  )
I LOVE those shirts!!! What's funny is, we were gonna buy both of them (until we remembered we have bills to pay  ) but we definitly are looking to get them!
I will try to take Michael W. Smith's photo for you if we can make it to EPCOT one of those evenings. I remember listening to some of his songs back in the day too. I managed to get an ok picture of Whoopie Goldberg last December. She was reading when we met up with the Mousekecouple for Illuminations so I took the photo from waaaaaaaay back on the walk, but you could still sort of see who it was

The good news on the shirts is they are only $7-ish. They were supposed to be on clearance for $5 according to the tag on the shelf, but they didn't ring up that way at the register and the clerk told me essentially "too bad" but I figured the glow in dark made them a must have! So, maybe you can fit them into your budgets soon...

Ok, so I figured out today why F1gment is in charge of the airline ressies. When I got that "your itinerary has changed" email, I thought we were being routed through a different airport. I made a comment to Mom about how I was glad we didn't have to deal with the Detroit airport now and she wondered what I was talking about  I told her about the email, which she for some reason did not get  Sooooo, I forwarded her the email and she looked at it. Yeah, it was for a seating change is all. Apparently we are now 2 rows forward in the plane on one flight segment ~ whoo-hoo, and sitting together on another flight segment instead of in separate rows. Yup, that was the important itinerary change Delta just had to let us know  Moving along...nothing to see here.

Sounds like the airline trips are just getting better without having to put the work into getting it done. Congrats!

I remember that! The line to get in was horrendous!!! We didn't even try, of course, but I do remember trying to work my way through the major traffic jam that it caused.... hope y'all have an easier time this year!

Our Magical Express tickets came in the mail today!!! Now I have to keep track of them until we leave...and remember not to pack them inside the luggage when we are leaving. Those ME check-in people were sort of grumpy at the resort when we were leaving :(

I'm trying to figure out what we should do for Thanksgiving Day dinner. I suggested pizza at Via Napoli since that is one of my favorite foods and I have never really liked turkey all that well. Surprisingly F1gment agreed. But she really likes turkey with all the trimmings so...yeah, that is my dilemma. Looks like you can get a turkey dinner just about anywhere on property that day, including at the food courts in the hotels. I don't think there is much chance of getting an ADR anywhere at this late date. Thoughts???

If you can get an ADR, there's always the Liberty Tree Tavern at MK. They do a GREAT Thanksgiving Meal (on Thanksgiving, it's a family style Thanksgiving dinner). Turkey, stuffing, veggies, and dessert. The Mindflipper Family did it one year and they still talk about it to this day.

My guess is you can get in anywhere you want just about on Thanksgiving because it's just the two of you. When my husband and I were there in the dead middle of the summer tourist season, we went anywhere we wanted, two is easy to slip into a restaurant! There will be so many families there with multiples of people that two is easier for most places. You may have to wait a little bit, but our experience is not much wait at all. For example we went to Ohana on a Saturday night, no ADR's available, we went there and got seated in 5 minutes!

We might need to test that theory out...
For now the plan is Vai Napoli for lunch on turkey-day :D

Well, I keep putting it on the to-do list every day but not a lot is happening  Sometimes it is hard balancing what has to be done before we can go with what I want to do
Hopefully tonight I will have some sort of rough idea of which parks we'll be at when, and then we can see if any tours are available that we are interested in. Yup, that is the plan. Just got the last of the houseplants in today because it is supposed to be very chilly tonight. Every time I turn around it seems like there is something else that needs to be done. And now it's almost time to go leave to teach...
