That makes sense. And you will have your little camera to fill in when you don't want to wrangle the bigger camera. Plus, you'll want to have a little spending money for souvenirs at the park!

Yeah, I rather thought that made more sense. Having said that, I will still have a look around. If I find something at a good price, I might spring for it (although by that time I'll have already done my days at Tokyo Disney Resort, since they're at the beginning of my stay). Otherwise, I may very well wait until I next go to WDW and get one in the US, since the exchange rate is usually in my favour when I travel over there

In other news, 9 days (well, 8 and a half until I leave here, about 9 until I arrive there...).. Into single digits now.. Maybe I should start thinking about packing (or at least gathering things together ready to pack)

Ummm, well, it might make your trip report pictures a bit more embarrassing if you don't pack first

And I hate to think of trying to shop in Japan for a whole new wardrobe ~ that could get pricey!

7 days!
This trip came upon me out of nowhere. It's work related, but I will have plenty of time to wander around. The 'meetings' only go until Noon, then we are free to park-hop or hit the pool or golf (all on the company dime!).
The best part: We are staying at the GF!

Because of scheduling I have all of Monday allllll by myself. No wife, no kids, no boss (yeah, he's coming later in the week, but that's OK) nothing except me and my favorite place! What to do, what to do..?
I have already consulted with my "brother from another Mother" and I believe I will use his ideas to help plan my free day. I am sure anyone who knows me will predict that Epcot and beer will be in the equation.

I will let you all know how it goes!

Wow! I have got to change professions! I'm sure you will have no problems filling your free time. Golf would be fun if someone else is paying, I would guess the greens fees are a bit on the expensive side at WDW.
And yes, the first thing that popped into my head was EPCOT, followed closely by beer

Crikey the whole idea is so foreign to me that I can't even comprehend what I would do. I would probably hit single rider lines for everything I love, but by the end of the day you know I would be shopping for my girls and the hubby.

For example, I was thinking about having a cold beer at the Tune In Lounge by myself (!) and I was exhilarated!

I am very excited needless to say...
