I order them all the time! I ordered mine for Disney's web site. I also ordered a Disney Cruise Planning video.

I heard about that just recently. I heard it had a lot of good footage though for those 8 minutes, including historic footage. Is that correct?

That's one reason I like WDW as opposed to DLR. There's so much more to do at WDW because of the 4 parks, waterparks, golf courses, resort hotels, etc... The VPV can last a good 30 - 60 min, plus the DVDs have alot of bonus things like maps and things. Plus, the new one has the cd rom program to run and figure out rates and whatnot. good stuff... :D

While I agree that WDW has a lot more stuff, and should have a longer planning video, 8 minutes is just crazy! For example, DLR has over 60 attractions. If you spend 10 seconds on each one, that is 10 minutes right there. You would think that if they are going to spend the money to produce a video, duplicate it, and mail it out at their expense, they would include as much information and teasers as possible. The loop on the TV at the DLR hotels is longer than that.

It was a great 8 mins, don't get me wrong. but it could be atleast 30 mins. I mean I already seen the first 7 mins as a commercial. You could add some content about the park itself. I got last years WDW planner and it was just that a planner. It gave you detail on hotels, parks, shopping, etc. not a comercial. Come on give us more.

I get the vacation planning videos every year, also the Vcation Club, and Disney Cruise. I have one from when they first started. Realy cheap made, didn't work well. Disney sent an appology and a better quality tape. I love the dvd. I usualy try to get two, so I can lend one out.

Mine came while I was in WDW. I plan to watch it this weekend. I wouldn't have known about it without these Boards.

Finally got to watch it on Saturday. It's almost a full hour long, and I think the best one yet. I kind of expected the hostess to be the same one that does the new "top favorites" on WDW t.v., but it wasn't her.

I hear you! I just got it here, that was amazingly short and most of it was already shown at the Disney Store... I think they could have done a lot more but still - for that price it is tough to complain

Biggest bummer is that the Disneyland 8-minute piece is actually in the Special Features of the WDW DVD.

Watched the WDW DVD again the other night... girlfriend and I going in December, it's too far away, so I have to keep myself all stoked and whatnot .

Is there a DVD for Disneyland? I got a video a few years ago, but I haven't seen an ad or anything for one since then.

I may be in the Animal Kingdom video. I spent an entire day there with the teenybopper hosts. I spent an hour or two sitting next to Luke.

I order the video a couple weeks ago, so I don't know if I got cut or not.

Do you have any idea how annoying it is to hear "Notazoo!" for 5-6 hours?
