I have only ......... days/months till I go again.

Planning a trip? Just get back? Talk about it here.

I'm taking the sunscreen, duh! Mostly because I don't want a repeat of my 2005 burn I got on the beach in Alabama.... THAT WAS A NIGHTMARE. I'm not joking when I say at times, when I get burned, the tan lines from it still show....

Now to just find sunscreen that isn't $8 a bottle...

Hmmmmm...Lobster Lady and the Pickled Beet - it does sound like a 70's rock band, doesn't it?

Do you have a BJs wholesale near you and are you or a relative a member? They have a three pack of Coppertone spray bottles each with 25% more bonus for under $16. I have burn horror stories as well Soarin and they are not fun. Especially when you get burned on day 1 of a 7 day trip and you are in pain getting on and off of every ride. I've even had to wear a shirt in the pool at times!

Less than 5 weeks out now! 34 days until I go back home.

I looked at the spray bottles but then I was worried about them being in the checked luggage...

Oh wow....  I think I have a new nickname, eh?

Len, no we don't, I've never even heard of BJs. Maybe it's an East Coast thing? Since I moved out here to Idaho, most things from the East can't be found short of Walmart.

Yeah I just checked their site and they are not in Idaho. I'm guessing your best bet then may just be Walmart. I think they have twin packs for a reasonable price. I will say that wholesale clubs are one of the best things about living on the east.

Plus, don't you have to buy a membership to go shopping at BJ's? You don't have to do that for Walmart...

Well we do have Sam's Club out here but I don't have a membership... oh well! I'll try Walmart after the laundry is finished. I just don't want to fry. That would be.... uhhh. Okay. Not too pleasant?

Yeah you need membership to the wholesale clubs and it does cost money. However, over the course of a year you will save more than what you pay. I mentioned if a family member or friend had membership so Soarin' wouldn't have to pay.

Nobody wants to fry or get burnt. It really can put a damper on your vacation and enjoyment.

I've found that Sam's and Walmart are very close in prices (they are owned by the same company after all) so you should be able to do pretty well. You could also check the ads. This time of year you might find a good deal at Walgreens or another store.

True that. I need to run out in a minute and look. Because seriously, if I don't wear it... yikes! I got pretty good tan working outside at the Fort this spring but I had to burn first for that to happen!

On a brighter note, laundry is done, suitcase is packed, and so here I sit just waiting! The countdown on my phone says 4 days, 15 hours, and 30 minutes to go.

I just realised I originally typed "suitcase is packing".... what is this, Harry Potter where it would pack itself? :D

If this was Harry Potter, then I would prefer to have a portkey that would take to and from Walt Disney World any time I touched it!

Careful...your suitcase might decide to detour to Universal instead of Disney  :(

After multiple failed attempts over the past two years, I'm finally going back to Disney World! My whole family, plus my new brother-in-law, my youngest sister's boyfriend and one of my friends are all going in 4 months, 1 week and 5 days for my youngest sister's 18th birthday! We're staying in a 2 bedroom villa at Saratoga too. Until now, we've only ever been to All-Star Music (a couple times) and Coronado (once). What a step up!

I'M SO EXCITED!!!!
