I was there with two cousins, one of which is diabetic. The menu did not offer much for those with severe diabetes, and we got to meet the head chef. He came out to discuss what options he could do to meet his needs. My cousin decided upon the ribs, and the chef actually went onto the internet to find a recipe for BBQ sauce that did not involve sugar. I tasted the sauce and it was incredibly good (I still wish I had asked for that recipe). I've told it before here on the boards but it's still a great example of how Disney can serve up its magic. I wonder if they have done anything to that menu at Sci Fi Diner since for those with diabetes?So, NaCler, you had your photo with Duffy, so confess - did ya buy one?
