Great tips everyone!
As far as the camera issues go, we usually each have a camera and it suits us well. My camera is the bulky one with the longer zoom (12x) and his is the pocket point and shoot for taking quick pics (especially handy when taking a pic of us on a ride).

Very sage advice! We do exactly that, and can tell you from personal experience that it has saved our bacon on several occasions!Len90 wrote:...I do advise that you make a spreadsheet up that has all of your reservations and the confirmations on it.
