Awesome! Too bad I will be at DLR end of May and beginning of June :( always like to meet other subsonicers, um subsonicettes, er what are we called en masse?

Have a blast and I recommend the salmon at Blue Bayou. Dr. Ravenscroft and I had it during DL5 and it was really good.

Thanks! You can call me a subsonicer. I'm down with that. Too bad you're not going until later. That stinks!

I was going to Blue Bayou for the Monte Christo, but I'm thinking I may change to Cafe Orleans because it seems to be cheaper over there. I wish I could get the salmon, but I'm allergic to it. :(

Thinking about doing the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour.

I need a subsonic t-shirt...

If you are up for it, I would definitely recommend the tour. There is a lot of interesting info you get from your guide!
Do we have t-shirts?! If not, we should work on that :D

In keeping with the new job title, I'm sprinkling some pixie dust on you, hockeygirl. I hope the surgery goes smoothly.

The Walk in Walt's footsteps tour is great! I don't know if it's been changed at all or not, but like mentioned before, it is highly interesting.

Yes, Cafe Orleans has the 3-cheese monte cristo as well as the regular one. The last time we were there, we got one of each just so we could try the 3-cheese and OMG was it good!

We'll be in the area next weekend, but we aren't going to the park. :( But we might get to go to DTD.

But I'll be thinking about ya when you go... :)

Boilerbabe, my pirate talk is coming along well. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! How was that?

Amy, I think I'm going to go for it. They can accomodae my ECV so that'll work out just fine. I thought we had t-shirts a long time ago, but I could be wrong. We need t-shirts!

Momeja, thanks for the pixie dust!

MmeLeota, thanks for thinking about me. :-) Have a good time there! Hmm, might have to try 3 cheese... I like cheese...

Buy two or three, they really do make great Christmas gifts (cue cheesy Ronco music). Available at Woolworths....

What about Rite Aid? How much money will I save if I order now?

hockeygirl what kind of surgery are you having?

What position do you play?

I was a goalie and defenseman about a million years ago! One year I led the league in penalty minutes from between the pipes, you didn't stand in front of me and try to screen me. there are no pads behind the knee!

Hockeygirl, I'm glad Jacca asked! I thought it might be too personal a question for me to ask you what your surgery is for, but since he did already, well.........

I'm mentally sending you boat-loads of pixie dust and wishes for a speedy recovery. If I had a Subsonic shirt, I'd send you that too! Hmmmm... maybe I can buy one and send it to you..... what size do you prefer?

Thanks everyone!

I'm having my adrenal glands removed, it's called a bilateral adrenalectomy. I actually don't mind talking about it. I have a rare disease called Cushing's Syndrome. I had pituitary surgery last year to try and remove all the tumor up there. Unfortunately, something is still wrong and it's still sending out the message for my adrenal glands to make too much cortisol. So to stop the cycle, they have to take the adrenal glands out so that means I'll be dependent on steroid replacement for the rest of my life. If you have any questions, just ask.

I play every position, but my absolute favorite and best position is goalie. Defense was my second best.

Thanks Sleepy!

Ooh Akyriel, I'll go look for your brick for you. I miss Woolworths... and I like the Ronco music, it's catchy... :P

Jacca, I get my stuff at Walgreens, Rite Aid only sells junk! :P  You'll save $9.99, all you pay is shipping and handling!

Mousekedude, wow, thanks! I would wear an XL.
