Wow.. Awesome job getting ahold of those 10 1 day park hoppers. Mind elaborating on those circumstances?

I know what the Wilderness Lodge entails. I stayed there :) That's why I'm jealous. I want to go back so bad. Oh well, Tahiti Cruise is first :)

We stayed at WDW in Dec 2003. During that trip at the MK we had rented a stroller. Sometime while we were on Winnie the Pooh someone took our stroller. The CMs on duty were helpful, but it took them 90 minutes to replace the stroller. The next day while we were at MGM. We went to see Fantasmic. After it was over we couldn't believe it, but the wheelchair we rented for my mom was gone. It was the end of the day obviously and she could walk to the transportation all right so we didn't try and get it replaced. We had stayed at WDW many times and never had a problem with parking the strollers and wheelchairs and finding them after the rides, so I wrote to the Disney offices to tell them of my experience. I wrote that I actually wasn't complaining and it wouldn't keep me from coming back to the parks, they sent me a nice response and said someone would contact me. They called and said (among many other things) they they would give me 2 days in the Parks free. I was thinking 2 tickets at about $50 apiece is more than generous. When I got the envelope in the mail I found 2 days for each member of our party of five or 10 tickets!! It pays to let them know if you have found anything to be below "Disney standards".
