Re: I have only ......... days/months till I go again.
Thanks all for the good wishes. I've started reading some older trip reports on the boards to get an idea of how they usually go. I will try my best to put together a good trip report. Because I've been to WDW so many times I often don't take many pictures or spend long days at the park. However, I will keep the trip report in mind and snap a few photos along the way. I will be bringing my iPad with me, but not sure about my netbook, so I may not be able to upload photos until I get home.
I've started mentally organizing a pre-trip report. I'll try to get that done tomorrow.

I have 124 days! Actually found reservations for Le Cellier! I'm so excited, it will be the first time to eat there (only because we got Free dining!) I'm looking forward to trying all the new restaurants that I normally can't afford

Nice job, trekty. Those are hard to get. My kids are happy because I managed to get Garden Grill on our Epcot night, but the place I'm most looking forward to is Yak & Yeti's. I hear great things about that restaurant.

Congrats on your upcoming trip momeja!!!! We've never been to Yak & Yeti's, but we went to Garden Grill the last time we were in Epcot (7 years ago) and we had a blast! Our niece was only 6 at the time and we loved watching her interact with the characters...and I loved "trying" her mac-n-cheese

We had a dessert at the Garden Grill on one of our trips courtesy the Disney Visa card, or maybe it was American Express. Either way, it was really tasty and the characters were quite fun even though we were only having a dessert and not a whole meal. You'll have fun momejaMmeLeota wrote:Congrats on your upcoming trip momeja!!!! Re: I have only ......... days/months till I go again.
35 days! Luggage tags and Magical Express vouchers came in the mail today.
Hey I have a question, if anybody can help me out. My husband has to leave a couple of days early and I am not sure what to do about the Magical Express Stuff. If I call Disney and tell them that he is leaving early and needs the Magical Express a couple of days before the kids and I do, will that end up affecting my meal credits? We got free dinning. Should we just call him a cab? Disney doesn't have to know...and then what happens when he doesn't show up for Magical Express. Am I over thinking this?

I'm not sure either but I would err on the side of caution and contact Disney directly to explain the situation. Make sure you get the name of the person you talk to and that way you'll be able to refer back to someone if the need arises.jlpeaches255 wrote:35 days! Re: I have only ......... days/months till I go again.
The Magical Express has no bearing on the meal stuff. I wouldn't worry about that part. But as far as the actual M.E. service goes, they're going to show up at the time and day that you have booked. They probably won't split it up between two separate occasions. So whatever you booked when you made your reservations is what they're going to go by. There probably really isn't any way to apply it to two different pickup times. The main reason being that they tie it to certain arrival and departure flights of the airlines, so they run a set schedule and book individuals based on that. It would be very hard for them to add one person to a particular pickup route if he wasn't tied to a certain flight that they already had on record. They run their buses with the expectation that they will have a certain number of people tied to specific flights.
But of course, it never hurts to ask... Disney being all about Magic and all.... they may be able to figure out whether a certain bus is not full and can handle an extra passenger. Don't know how they could track the luggage though....
Well, anyway... I guess you oughta just call 'em...

Well then I guess I am calling, thanks guys! I was mainly concerned that if they know he is not there for the last two days we will lose his meal/snack credits and it would be kind of nice to have the extras.
