Oh, I know it wasn't! I just felt your pain. We don't have children, but I feel a little of what you feel since my husband doesn't "get" Disney like I do. He enjoys the rides and stuff, but it doesn't give him the feelings that many of us here have. That's ok, but sometimes I wish...
Step out to your left please. When the car stops, step out to your left.

Looking forward to seeing that, and any other photos you would like to share! We didn't do any photopass photos other than one night at EPCOT with the characters, but I just have the ones they took with our camera. Those will be coming...wewantsdaredhead wrote:We just got our "hard copies" of our PhotoPass pics in the mail---I will get the one of our awesome night at Epcot scanned and posted. It's pretty cool!

Very few things in Disney are free. The boilers said you could get the photos put on a CD and mailed to you. I was wondering how $$$ that service costs.Amy wrote:Photopass is free silly!! Yeah, I actually wondered that myself. I looked online before I went but couldn't find any pricing...

You can also use the photopass number to view the photos online, plus you can give the number to friends and relatives so they can look too ~ or at least that is how I understood it. But the website didn't give any pricing informationmindflipper wrote:Very few things in Disney are free. The boilers said you could get the photos put on a CD and mailed to you. Hey, H! If you don't mind, can you give some background on the pricing you got for PhotoPass?

Up to day 4....
So far I have to say, I am tired just reading about all you had accomplished already in such a short time. I really would like to see the Osbourne lights. Like you, I have heard so much about them. I am a bit surprised by your sons not wanting to hang around EPCOT, but I guess 12 and 14 are the tough age for EPCOT.
Nice move with the WDW Transport to finally get yourself a ride on the Friendships, the boats that you can walk faster.

Well... like anything at WDW it's not cheap.mindflipper wrote:Hey, H! If you don't mind, can you give some background on the pricing you got for PhotoPass?
You can buy a cd of all the pictures they take (plus a bunch of "stock" photos of Mickey and such) for $150.
Or you can pick and choose at a per-picture cost--this is what we did...
We bought:
-An 8x10 of the whole family in front of the Christmas Tree at DHS
-A 4x6 of my son with Frontier Donald
-(2) 4x6 of the missus and me on the bridge to France---it reminded us so much of our awesome evening alone that we both wanted a copy for our desks...
Those 4 pics set us back $50.
They really get you because if you want a decent picture of the whole family...you really need to get PhotoPass to take it. You could ask random strangers (who are always happy to oblige) but that gets old.
It's just too easy to hand them that card and smile.
I hope this helps.
Thanks for reading, Len90---I am glad you are enjoying it! It's funny because if you ask them what their favorite park is, they would say Epcot. Maybe they were just tired---or maybe they have a been there-done that attitude right now--It's that age. Keep reading to see how that all turns out with the kids....Len90 wrote:Up to day 4....

Remembering his trip reports, the only time Len and his family seem to be able to schedule to take the same time off is during the summer months and not the fall/winter months.
