Annual Pass discount cards

Post by flash654 » May Mon 11, 2009 6:31 pm

Hey everyone -

Just wanted to give everyone the heads up to anyone who's going to be buying an annual pass for WDW between now and July 31 - there are cards for a 10% discount for up to 6 people out there. They came in this month's Mickey Monitor. It's for -new- passes only, not renewals. WDW only, not DisneyLand.

You need the card to get the discount, but I have some extras that I wont be using - so if anyone wants one, just PM me or shoot me an email at azonta@gmail.com and I'll be happy to send it along to you.

Thanks!

Has Disney ever offered a discount on annual passes before?

I haven't been an AP holder that long, but I can't say I've seen one in the last 5 years, short of things like DVC.

Isn't the Micky Monitor for AP holders? Then why would they be giving a discount on new AP sales? If you get the monitor, you already have one and can't us it on renewals?
Ahh, they want you to pass it on...new blood...but is 10% enough for someone to buy?

Indeed, it is from the Mickey Monitor :D

I think the program is called "Pass on the Magic" - so they are looking for new blood, as you say. I'm happy to save someone ~$35 per AP if I can :)

Put me down for one. I will be down there next month and I might get an AP, in case I go again in December.
