How long would you like to stay at WDW?

When we lived on the western side of the country we would got to Disneyland for 10 days with 1 day in the middle to go to the beach and relax, it gets really exhausting walking around, waiting in line and having so much fun!

I think 6-7 days is ample time to see everything at least once and your favorite thing twice.

I would like to stay for 4 weeks - that's my ideal length of stay. This next trip I'll be there for 9 1/2 days.

I really like how my family does it now - we only stay for four nights, but we go once per year. That way we get to see everything new and try new hotels. In addition, it isn't so long till our next trip!

10 days is the best for me, we once stayed for 15 days and I was missing not having the ability to make up a plate of scrambled eggs in the morning instead of having to go out or eat a cold breakfast. However if we stayed at a Home away from home resort that issue would be solved (if we had the money).

I said forever ... but that as you may guess is a true fantasy just like WDW is a fantasy world. I did go for a week once and spent most of my days exploring Epcot. That park has so many nooks and crannies that I never saw before and to see them all you really need to take your time. I live in Ft lauderdale FL about 200 miles from WDW. If I lived closer I'd definatly get an "after 4" Epcot pass and go more often. I did get an annual pass for a while but being 200 miles away is just a bit too far to go on a day trip there. I know.... make all my bills disapear, give me free room and board in the "Castle Suite", and my fiance' and I will move in and be King and Queen of WDW!!

Ten days makes a nice trip. Just enough time to do most everything at a modest pace.

2 weeks was good for us last time we went. That said, I'd love to work there one day for a short period of time.

Has anyone else heard of the retired man that stays in FT. Wilderness from Christmas to Easter every year? At on time he camped, then they put him up in a cabin nicknaming him the mayor of the campground.

I'd want to spend 3 weeks. We drive down and 3 weeks would be perfect. We could not only enjoy WDW, but we could hit a few more places in Orlando and I could maybe even get away from the family and go do some fishing down in Ft Myers.

I camp every year at the Fort and may have met him, Nice guy if it's who I am thinking of! There are a lot of SnowBirds at Fort Wilderness every year. It's getting so it's hard to get a site sometimes over the Holidays. You have to make your reservations pretty close to the 500 day out mark for Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.

There's an elderly couple down the street a ways. I don't know them. Don't know their names. But they have an RV parked in front of their house with Disney stuff all over it. Every time I go past it, I wonder if they are one of those couples that camps out there for months at a time.

Seriously, how awesome would that be?

One of my customers goes down each winter and works at one of the parks. She's there now with her husband. I'll have to find out more details when she returns. That's the way I would like to retire.

I think 1.5 to 2 weeks is the optimal time! I have a four day weekend coming up but I'm looking forward to the most is my birthday trip in Oct I'm going for 9 days and that just seems perfect!!
