oh man. I just bumped my trip up several notches.

I'm going with my fiancee and two friends of ours, and we're staying at Shades of Green. It being my fiancee's birthday, however, I wanted to make one day of the trip really special. I was wracking my brain until I listened to an old WDW Today podcast about Concierge stays when I said to myself "Jackpot" I scheduled one night of our stay, a Saturday, for us and our friends at the Animal Kingdom Lodge concierge level, and booked the Sunrise Safari for the four of us. I'm so excited!

If there's a downside, it's that we're scheduled to stay at SoG Friday and Sunday nights (the safari is only available Sundays and Thursdays) so we'll have to move back and forth, but it's definitely worth it, and I'm sure that the magical CM's can make sure our things get from place to place.

Has anyone stayed at the AKL or done the safari? I imagine it's incredible!

After coming back and posting our reports, I figured out that Chesire Cat and I were standing about 20 feet away from each other during the Independence Day fireworks at DHS this past July. You just never know who is around you!

Even though our furnace died at the begining of winter we are going to squeeze to get to Disney at the end of June for the buy 4 get 3 deal. We booked POP this time even though I want to stay at a moderate. My son is excited about the big icons and the bowling pin pool. I'm excited about the frozen coke!

I am new here, and never even knew about this site until I couldn't stand it anymore, and went looking for disney theme park music to get myself "in the mood" for my birthday trip 2/6-2/8. I was born in 1972 and have spent many birthdays at Disney, but it has been a few years since my last trip and I am SO excited I can barely stand myself! Only 7 days for me!

We have 29days to go until our Disneyland vacation, March 14th to the 20th. We are so excited to this year, it is our family reunion and 18 of us will be there for my dads' 70th B-day.

We've been counting down since day 177,and listening to Subsonic since Oct 3rd to get in the mood
