breakfast idea near the Swan resort??
My husband doesn't "love" character breakfast and last time we stayed at the swan it was coffee and bagel from the lobby. Any good ideas for breakfast in the Swan area before we head out to the parks?

The character breakfast is really good. tho pricey. We had a lot of fun. We do go off property to the Chracker Barrel for a great breakfast. There is one on HWY 192.

Take a walk over to the Yacht Club and try Yacht Club Gallery for a non-character meal breakfast - you'll find a good selection of light to hearty breakfast items on the menu.
Spoodles over at the BWI also serves breakfast.

The Boardwalk Bakery makes some very tasty breakfast treats within walking distance. You can get 'em to take on the way, or find a bench/seats on the boardwalk to enjoy (they don't have any indoor seating there).

The Fresh Mediterranean Market!
We always do Fresh at the Dolphin for at least one breakfast and a few lunches. http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/men_freshb.htm They serve Starbucks coffee as well.

Thanks for all the suggestions! We planned on trying the yacht club galley before the trip started but once down there plans changed. We tried the "garden grove" one morning in the swan. It was themed nice with a big tree in the center. Don't know how we missed it last time we were here. They had starbucks coffee for you starbucks fans. Choice of ala-carte or buffet. Was just okay. Also tried Picabu buffeteria in the dolphin. This place has interesting decor and I think it's open 24 hrs which was good for our early morning hrs. I would go back here as we both enjoyed our breakfast (they searved starbucks also).
