Amy: I'm sure you can watch for free online somewhere, maybe even youtube? You should watch a few sometime, they really are great! Rod Serling was way ahead of his time!!!

We have a few stations that are showing older shows too on broadcast tv, so I'll have to keep my eyes peeled.boilerbabe wrote:mindflipper: Talking Tina is one of my favorite episodes!!! Bdude and I are breaking from the TZ marathon right now, I don't care for the episode they are playing at the moment. They also sell the napkin holder from the episode with a very young William Shatner! The yes/no napkin holder!!! Interesting TZ fact...in the ToT one of the queues has the real dummy from the episodes!!! No CM has ever been able to tell me which elevator shaft has the real one though!Love all the props they have on ToT!

My students that love Dr. Who seem surprised when I tell them my brother used to watch it in the '80smindflipper wrote:Nowadays it seems current generations ignore the old B&W shows of old. There a lot of young fans of the current Doctor Who show on BBC America who seem totally unaware that the show started off in B&W episodes. It's amazing how many have never watched the old TZ series as well. They only stick with color episodes as if B&W never existed.
Fabulous timing!!!!!!wewantsdaredhead wrote:I just turned the TZ marathon on and "Little Girl Lost" is on!!!!
That's crazy timing.
I just at the tv schedule and TZ is on at 11 here on MeTV. I'll have to keep that in mind if I am ever awake that late!boilerbabe wrote:Fabulous timing!!!!!!wewantsdaredhead wrote:I just turned the TZ marathon on and "Little Girl Lost" is on!!!!

mindflipper: In my opinion the B&W shows were some of the best!!! I truly have an appreciation for it. I got my fill of TZ during the marathon but wanted more!I watch the marathon every year (On the 4th of July they do another) always hoping I will see and episode I've never seen before, no luck thus far! I love the TZ episodes with William Shatner. Another all time fav. of mine are "The Masks" and "The Odyssey of Flight 33". Bdude's all-time fav is "The Howling Man". Rod Serling was so ahead of his time!!! For those interested, every night at 10:00 they play a TZ episode on MeTV.
No, I never did get my VB purse! I found out after the fact that the only places they carry them is World of Disney and the Grand Floridian, which I didn't even think to look when we were there briefly. There is also rumor they are going to come out with another pattern. I like to use my VB in the summer months, so I will hold off for a while!Amy wrote:Awww, the end of a TR is always so sadWhat a wonderful last full day though! Too bad they didn't have your purse. Did you manage to find it online then or in another store?
This was the first year for the Jingle Cruise. If I remember correctly they did the overlay in DL first, and then decided to go ahead and do it in WDW as well.
How many pictures can you take? I can't believe b-dude would even have to ask![]()
