Are you still going to the D23 Expo? If so, what a summer!!! HKDL and TDL/TDS in July and Expo in August!!! WOW! I am definitely  with envy!!!

Amy - What amazing pics so far! When you posted the Toontown pics, I was thinking that maybe you mixed up TDL and DL! It's almost identical! (mindflipper, when I was at MK for the first time, I felt gypped by MMTF...I wanted Toontown back!) I love the windows on the monorail and the busses are amazing! But I agree with everyone else here...they wouldn't last here in the States. :( So sad...
Looking forward to seeing the rest of the pics Amy! What an amazing trip you had!

Vindicated once again! If you've been to Toontown in another park (DLR or TDL) you feel disappointed when you saw MTTF over at WDW MK. Feeling "gypped" or "ripped off" because it is such a sorry imitation of its betters... :( :mickey:

Thanks ~ I figured you would enjoy them. I found myself thinking about Fantasmic too with the steamboat full of characters :D

I wish they could bring some of these floats to Spectro. After all, Spectro has been running for years without any changes or additions of floats, and yet Dreamlights has been running for less time and already has had new floats replacing original floats.

wow, some of those floats looked mighty familiar, lol. Great pics! The float with lumiere looks like the Ostrich float from Fantasia in the Spectromagic parade...
"hold on to them hats and glasses, cause this here's the wildest ride in the wilderness!!"

The Spectro Ostrich float is a long oval shape base, while TDLEP Dreamlights' Lumiere is a square base with roughly the same length on each side. But both are similar in the fact the character sitting atop a raised center area.

Actually, you could find more similiarities between Spectro and TDL's previous electrical parade, Fantillusion. Both were developed the same time (in fact, the carousel float at the end Spectro is in Fantillusion).

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, please turn your attention to the skies as TDL proudly presents...the nighttime fireworks! Ok, I only have 1 photo of fireworks, but there are a couple of photos of the castle at night
