Ok, cool! We will def. do that upon our return then! Just wish the dive bell was fixed and in place. Still a cool video though.

How long has the dive bell not been functional? Do you know if there is a reason it is still out of commission?

The dive bell has been out since Dec. '09. I asked the CM why and he said they were trying to move it to another part of the tank and the bolts snapped and it shot up to the surface aka "Free Willy". So, they basically Free Willied the dive bell and have not fixed it yet. Disppointing too b/c that was one of the coolest parts about the dive, you could go up in the bell, take your mask and reg off and smile and wave at the camera! Hopefully they will eventually restore this! I plan to ask again on this next dive!

I think that depends on the Mousekecouple as they will be watching them dive. Maybe, if asked nicely, they will get a couple of action shots in the tank. Oh, Mousekecouple???

Sorry about the delay in responding.
We just firmed up our plans with the Boilers this morning. We got some potential scheduling issues worked out, so we will indeed be watching them dive, and will take pictures. They will most definitely be posted in the trip report.
