Congrats on getting close to the TOP of your goal! I am glad we could help out with this great accomplishment! Unfortunately I am still stuck on 40. The plateau is resisting my attempts to change things around. I am going to try everything I can to get to 50 by our trip. I'm still confident, although there are only 14 days left... and a Thanksgiving roadblock! haha...
You can do it, Bubba! You know, I've found that when I hit a plateau it actually works to "cheat" for a day or so. It gives your body a jump start and gets your metabolism revving again when you have more food to digest all of a sudden. But no more than a day or so....

Thanks M-Dude... I have tried the cheating, it didn't work either. Planning on additional exercise starting tonight, let's see if that does the trick. Thanks for the encouragement.

Okay, well.... everyone's different I guess. But you're welcome, and I'm rooting for you!

M-Dude - No, it was a great suggestion as it has worked for me in the past, but cheating didn't work this time. Don't know why.

...probably didn't try enough "ambience".

Yeh, I am worried now I won't be able to recognize you at WDW on Dec. 4th from your photos on this website!

Well, the numbers on the scale haven't changed much but I did have to buy smaller clothes 2 weeks ago! :ccat:

Excellent job trekty! The number on the scale doesn't matter. If you can see a change and you are happy, then that's all that matters! Great job!

Do you mean me, or NaCler? If me, then don't worry... you can always find me by the reflection off my head...

Well, you know the old sayings: God only made so many perfect heads. The rest he covered with hair. *audience groans...*

I came up with a couple more that usually shut my friends up pretty quick when they tried to tease me about going bald:
"You're just jealous because I'm better looking without hair than you are with it."
and...
"This much brain power burns off the hair. Maybe some day, if you get smarter, you'll start losing hair too."

Egotistical sounding, I know, but the point was to show them that I wasn't going to let them make me feel insecure just to stroke their own egos.

Baldies, unite! Be proud of who you are! Don't wear hats to hide it! (I only wear them to avoid sunburn...)

I dunno, Mousekedude - but it sounds like you and NaCler are about the form Subsonic's first-ever BHL (Bald-Headed League).
