I've seen them on other boards. I have only skimmed through them but it seems like people tell you about the size of their party, and any special things that have to be considered and then how things go during the months of planning. We do have similar things on this board. When people announce their vacations months in advance they usually state whose going, which hotel, how long, and any ADR's they have planned. This is what I have usually done. Keep in mind you can always post any questions that you have in the months leading up to your trip. If you need any advice, tips, or hints don't hesitate to post it.
