Magical Express - When Should I Receive My Tags/Vouchers?

As my ticker states when we're leaving....we received ours yesterday but my parent's who are joining us as well, have gotten nothing! I called Disney today they said everythinig was sent out?!

I would call them bdinger, just my advice.

We were disappointed, no luggage tags.

I thought my packet arrived around 2 weeks out, I have had it even down to a week before we left. Calling them doesnt hurt, I would for the piece of mind if its 10 days untill you travel.

Ours arrived approximately two weeks out.

I called DME directly two weeks from our arrival date of July 26 to get ours. It turns out even though the reservation showed on the Disney website DME did not have record of it. I called July 14 and received the packet July 17 (we live in Indiana). I know this is too late for the op but it may help someone else.

I got mine a month out. I hope you have gotten them by now. I would be calling and bugging them for sure!
