personally, I've never been to any park outside of WDW. However, I would imagine that any time during the holidays would be PACKED in any park in the World. as long as the kids are out of school, it's probably a safe bet it'll be busy.

I've been in DLRP last new year's eve and it was totally full !!!
It was a great time for us because we had a annual pass and so we were not in a hurry to make attractions... We enjoyed just walking in the park with no goal...
Not really a time to make Space Mountain or Big Thunder Mountain, but a great time to enjoy the MK...

Stayed at the Resort on new year's eve, new year's day and the 2nd already. NYE is VERY crowdy, you could compare to a warm summer weekend over there. New year's day is relatively less crowdy and the 2nd is just alright actually.

Enjoy your stay, Paris is extra magical that time of the year  Slight chance I'll be there that day.
