he means the Utilidors. "underground" tunnels which hide the mundane operations of the park (offices, cafeteria(s), the control system for attractions (music and such). they also allow cast members to travel from one side of the park to the other in about 10 minutes walking time, without having to bump into guests.

As far as I know, Disneyland Paris hasn't got Utildors.

don't know, but there are walkways for castmembers trough the park, like go from main street to phantom manor in just 2,5 minutes.
I've walked that route, and almost nobody seemed to know that route, as there were only walking a few people.

and the offices, try look on google earth ;) on the east side of paris.
you can see the offices and stock places between frontierland-main street, main street-discoveryland and they are all around fantasyland.

There may be a few underground bits, I'm not sure, but there defintely isn't the whole utilidore thing. I have been backstage in DLP a few time when performing. You can get round to different area of the park just by walking round it. Its a shame. I like the utildores. They are fun to go round on the tours!
