Streaming buffering issues

Streaming buffering issues
Ok now I can't seem to find this question anywhere and probably only me since I live where I do and my horrible Mbps. But the 96k Request stream seems to have many buffering breaks in it. The other 96k streams I have no problem with, only the request one. Is there any reason why I'm getting this just in this one stream?

I have found that to be the case as well. I don't understand why the other 96k streams play so well, but the 96k request stream buffers a lot. lol ya, but also no official response? Meh I don't care too much the 46k isn't as good quality but I'm fine with it as long as I get my fix.
