What are the chances of SR on XM in the future. ?

That would be pretty kick ass if I do say so myself.

I would assume there would have to be some deal cut and payment made to the Walt Disney Company.

Don't forget all the other people who hold rights to the music (Disney heavily licenses stuff), plus having to pay carriage fees, royalties, etc. And the whole "this site isn't legal" issue.

I don't see the point with smartphone apps. Even with the high quality that satellite radio brings, I'm assuming that all the subsonic audio is at a set quality that can't go any higher.

They already have an app for this site, but I think the point is that since you can't download directly from here, but might want to listen to it, and won't always be at a computer, it gives you an option.

The quality mostly won't ever be that good since many of the tracks are recorded off of speakers in the park, some are source, and some are reconstructions.
