Can you be more specific? How are you trying to access the streams? Which streams? etc.
I have the subsonic app on my iPad and so long as the streams are active they work on my iPad.

I also have the Sub app on my IPad. The request streams, background streams and scheduled streams work, but the specialty streams such as Dole Whip and holiday will not play because the app has not been updated to include them. I believe Bleulama is working on the update.
