The opening audio to any given stream

Hey there. I was wondering if anyone knew how to use Audacity to make my voice sound like the one that says "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, Subsonic proudly presents Disney theme parks audio and music" at the beginning of the audio streams.

That might be a question for the admins to answer. I'm pretty sure subsonic did it a long time ago and it was done to match the computer voice for the Main Street Electrical Parade.
