I was wondering if there is a way to mark all ""unread posts" as "read posts"? Since I was away for so long I got over 1000 unread posts. I can't possibly go through them all and would like to know when current new posts are made. Thank you!

When you first go into a topic there is a line on the right hand side of the screen at the top. On the same line as search this forum which says mark topics read, just click on this and all topics will lose there red status and return to black.

You can also do this for the full forums. It definitely can be hard to catch up; I know
