Sorry it has taken so long for someone to reply to you. I quickly searched for that account and think I may have found it...

Unfortunately I am only a moderator and have no access to resetting accounts. I would definitely recommend stopping by the chat as an admin is usually around there during the "workday". I understand that might be a bit difficult as you are from the UK so another option is to send a PM over to subsonic or rdeacon. They should be able to assist you with getting into your old account.
