Problem getting into my original account

I used to have an account with the username Guy (I think). I also know the email that was associated with the account but I recently tried to log in and was told I didn't have an account. I have set up a new account with the same email to be able to post this. Please help. I had loads of points and have missed my dose of subsonic.

Unfortunately I am only a moderator and have no access to resetting accounts. I would definitely recommend stopping by the chat as an admin is usually around there during the "workday". I understand that might be a bit difficult as you are from the UK so another option is to send a PM over to subsonic or rdeacon. They should be able to assist you with getting into your old account.
