If you look up to the right there are some buttons that are left to the avatar/user name. One of them is a "X", next to the edit button. You press this to delete a post.

Once a song selected, you're stuck with it. No returns. No exchanges. No credits.

It's like a radio station. You really can't take back a request after it's make. Adding a button may make a mess of the system and subsonic and rdeacon can only do so much for us.

Re: Made a Woops
That and you will get the points back 24 hours after requesting, with other stations that have the undo buttom they don't give you the points back.
Re: Made a Woops
I thin an undo button, let's call it an "unqueue" button, is a good idea!
No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.
Re: Made a Woops
or like let you have 2 woops per 3 months and get like half points back..i dont know something like that...cuz ive been known for hitting a song that i really didnt want to listen to and wasting a bunch of points...i dont know just an idea but i see where all ya'll are coming from and i agree

It really depends upon software. Plus, everyone is getting way too complex about this - the simpler the better. If you request something you don't want to listen to, well, just chalk it up to "lesson learned from mistakes."

like what?
Re: Made a Woops
Like a lot of things that wouldn't fit in the general part of the Subsonic forums
Back to topic:
Personally, I can't think of a DIsney Theme Park song I really don't like - of course, there are tracks I like less then others, but I really enjoy all of them, so I wouldn't chalk up a wrong click as a great failure.
If there was an "unqueue" feature, the queue itself would become very messy - with tracks requested momentarily, then being unqueued and replace by another track and so on and so on. I like to know what will be played within the next minutes (or, more likely, the next half an hour or so) beforehand on the requested stream - and I personally like this information to be reliable, not subject to chance every few seconds

Re: Made a Woops
Good point Arvorenn. When you make a request it lists when the estimated playing time is. That way if you get away from your computer, you know about when you need to get back in order to hear your selection. If people started pulling songs out, it would really mess up the projected play list.
On the other hand, as I think I have posted before on another thread (does this fall under the Subsonic improvements thread?), I like the undo button in cases where you try to hear two tracks back to back and someone jumps in and plays a 60 minute track in between. I would like to undo my second track and attempt it another day.
Pros and Cons, so it's probably better to leave it as is.

Also depends upon how much they can modify the software. If the software is developed by someone else and they purchased to use it, then modifying it is far more difficult...
