Subsonic iPhone App is out! (formerly "in the works")

Keep us posted on how things go with Apple. They can be a bit temperamental at times. I am really excited for when this app comes out. It will be a must have for my iPhone!

There's been alot lately about probs with the new iphones and some people wanting a recall of the new phones. Since you were notorious about having problems with the previous model - are you having any problems with the new phone since you've purchased it?

No issues at all. So long as you have a case the death grip will not be an issue. The other stuff is all software related and will most likely be covered with the software patch that should be out by the end of the month.

Wow, this is exciting! I know for sure that I and my wife will both want this on our iphones! I think she's going to have a heart attack (in a good way) when I mention this thread to her!

Yep, I am going to try to keep up with M-dude here seeing as how I was a member long before he got the Sub-bug.....

Can't wait for the App. I have checked this morning and it is not yet available. I am on pins and needles. I use SHOUTcast and my streams are constantly dropped.

I checked just now and still not app in the store I am searching the app store for subsonic. Would it be under any other name.

It's not out yet. There was a minor glitch (my fault) with the app as originally submitted to apple, which I cleared up, and resubmitted to fix. It is "waiting for review" right now. Should hopefully be reviewed within the next 5 days, and hopefully approved within a couple days after that. So I'd wager a guess that assuming there are no other issues with it, it should be in the store by next Friday.

Hey, BleuLlama, will it be supported by all versions of the iphone? My DW has the 3G, but I still have the original dinosaur version. I'm finding that a lot of cool new apps out there won't work on my phone.
