Why are we getting these 900 minutes of download at one time

Recently there have been numerous instances where a 900 minute or so of someone's music choice is playing. Thus negating anyone from requesting their music until another day.
What's up?

Server mal-function. Everyone is limited to 30 minutes (or one long one) of request at on time.

I have been seeing this pop up recently. I did notice it happened to me on the EPCOT 25th Entrance when I requested it Wednesday night/Thursday morning.
