A friend of mine signed up, but can't log in. She puts in her username and password and the screen goes white. I tried logging her in from my computer and it did the same thing. When we tried to retrieve the password to see if she typed it in incorrectly it said the account is inactive and to contact the admin. When you search for her username its there. Any ideas?

You will have to send rdeacon or one of the other admins an email. It most likely seems like an issue with the activation of the account. Shoot one of them a PM with the username that needs assistance and they should be able to help you out.

Yes, thank you. Rich was able to fix the problem and she is able to get on and enjoy everything about the site. I've never been to a chat room (anywhere), but now I know to if I have any questions or problems. Thanks for all the help!
